Breast and Cervical Cancer Program:
Provides free PAP smears and mammograms for early detection of
these cancers for women age 50-64. Must meet financial guidelines.
Appointment required.
Breastfeeding Education and Support:
Information on breastfeeding provided to prenatal patients as well as
support after delivery. Electric breast pump rentals are available
to WIC recipients.
Cancer Prevention Program:
Provides PAP smears and clinical breast exams to women age 18-50 who
are not covered by third party insurance. Minimal fee charged.
Appointment is necessary.
Childcare Service Coordination/Early Intervention:
Services for children 0-3 years of age with or at risk for
developmental delays, disabilities, chronic illness and socio-emotional
disorders. Services may be extended to 5 years of age, depending
on diagnosis
Family Planning:
Provides complete physical exam, counseling, and follow-up provisions
of appropriate method of birth control. Sliding scale fee.

Health Check Coordination:
Outreach and services to eligible families with children birth
through 20 years of age promoting well childcare and immunizations, as
well as information on Health Check and Health Choice.
Healthy Smiles Dental Project:
Provides dental treatment for children birth to 5 years of age who
qualify. Provides dental education, supplies, and referral support
for all pre-schools.
Immunizations:
Immunizations provided according to current State Immunizations
Recommendations. Required childhood immunizations are free of
charge. Limited immunizations for travel for a fee.
Walk0in clinic for immunizations every Friday 8:30am-4:30pm. Other
days by appointment.
Lead Screening:
Provided for children 6 months through 6 years of age. Free.
Appointment required.
Matternity Care Coordination:
Case
management for Medicaid eligible women as well as follow-up infant
tracking.
Nurse Pediatric Physical:
Screening exams provided
Tuesdays from 8:30am-3:30pm. Must meet income guidelines.
Appointment required.
Pregnancy Testing:
Free of charge.
Available Monday through Friday 8:30am-4:30pm.
School Health:
Early identification of special health needs through teacher referral
and routine screening by a school health nurse. Educational
outreach and other initiatives as designated by school health policy.
WIC:
Nutritional program for Women, Infants, and Children.
Provides income eligible pregnant, breastfeeding, and postpartum women,
infants, and children up to 5 years of age. Children must have
nutritional related health needs.
